Since 1991, Diaz Blueprint has drawn plans for homeowners, contractors and investors. Located in Lynwood, California, we’ve been serving our clients from the same office, delivering reliable, in-house expertise on every project.

What started with hand-drawn plans and ammonia prints has evolved with the times. Today, we use advanced CAD software and large-format printing to provide accurate, high-quality blueprints—without ever compromising on precision or craftsmanship.

 

Our drafters, designers and project managers work together in one office, led by Margarita Diaz, our principal designer. Many of the same people have been here for decades, and it shows in the plan sets.
